Tom invested in Peak Performance Center in 2008, becoming the majority owner in 2010. Although Tom isn’t on site everyday, he manages all financial and contractual aspects of the business and remains deeply committed to the mission of our club – “Providing a warm setting to play tennis and maintain personal fitness, offering great tennis instruction and doing so in a comfortable, family-like environment.” We value our members and want to accommodate each to the best of our ability.
Tom is a career Financial Services Executive, the first twenty years as an Operations Executive with MBNA America and, later with Bank of America. After launching his own consulting business, Tom returned to Financial Services with JP Morgan Chase, leading one of the most profitable banking centers in Northeast Ohio.
A graduate of James Madison University, Tom also received his MS in Accounting from the same school. Prior to joining MBNA, Tom served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Champlain College in Burlington, VT.
Tom is also involved in a number of community and charitable organizations –serving on his church’s finance committee, is a board member of the Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce, is a former board President of New Life Community, a past Vice President of the Solon Athletic Boosters and is a founding member of the Alliance for Positive Coaching in Youth Sports.
Tom is the proud father of two children; his daughter, who is a student at the University of Dayton and his son, who is a 3 sport varsity letterman at Solon High School.
